please reestablish connection with host

I have installed the Smarterm on my PC and downloaded the free trial, however when I click on the OL_Monitor Icon, it comes up but when it tries to refresh, I am coming up with a box that says Network Connection. After a few minutes I get another box that comes up and says Circuit disconnected, please reestablish connection with host. It sounds like it is having trouble connection to my main Misys box, is that correct?

Yes, make sure you have the right ip address for Misys entered in the box:

You can get to this box by clicking options-options, it’s under the Misc tab. It doesn’t have to be a numeric ip if you have a named address such as ‘sq1’ for the server you can type that here.
